    Reference getting fired and not putting it on your next application

    Many companies, especially big ones, don't risk advising companies that the employee was previously fired. Instead, and this is a real cute one that we can thank the supporters of the "Right to Work" bill, potential job applicants are asked by the future potential employers by there last employers this question. If John Doe was to return tomorrow, would you hire him again. Everyone that has been fired would know the answer to that question. Think about it......
