How do you handle a boss that puts you in the middle of an issue. My boss had me audit an account of a property manager and also asked the office assistant of the regional manager do the same. Both of us came up with different amounts. So I told her H would probably have a better handle on it. She said she probably would. I also informed my boss that the figure would change if the security deposit was a different amount. The security deposit amount was indicated differently in the move in paperwork and on the books.

Also note this is not the first time this behavior happens here.

How do I handle this situation until I get out of this healthly working environment?
