This has been going on now for over twelve years,my wife was diagnosed with a terminal disease eight of those years.I'll start by saying this goes much deeper than what I can write or try too explain.

From the beginning I have tried with every thing I can think of,I have been too over a dozen attorney's and every state and federal agency too resolve the problems no one cares! I am a human being and a disabled American veteran that served his country.

In the beginning I was aware of some of what I'm about too write about mostly hours of work. The players of this bizarre odyssey. Husband and wife team manages a group of fifty drivers that are on the third tier of a federal contract."She" is a very unstable narcissistic person and "he" is a cold boiled turnip personality and very mentality unstable."He" 20+ years "Her" senior."She" dominates his life,The way we work is will get a bi-monthly schedule plus be on call 24/7.If your personnel finances are above average then you can take the "TEAM" ( Wife&Hubby) out on a cruse or dinner or polo and the next bi-monthly schedule will reflect what you have done for the "TEAM".In the last seven years we have gotten a union and this is where things get very interesting.Just prior too the installation of the union unknown to the rest of the workers they changed "HER" title and low and behold when we got the union "SHE" became a union member, this was done behind closed doors along with another driver which now stands in as assistance foremen when "HE&SHE" are out.Management in a union I ask? And no one had a chance to vote or object too this, and the people who did verbally got intimidated and had work hours reduced as a form of punishment. So now very few people go too union meetings knowing that their subject too retaliation,You say why not quit the union."SHE" while forming the amendments too the standing contract said their would be NO seniority! Only seniority in a lay off would count."but" you must read the article in the bylaws of the union contract with the company,"If" a member is in good standing then he/she seniority will count,"BUT" "SHE" and other members following the "Queen Bee" can vote a person out of the union if their too caustic.Along with this mess the company has 4 terminals they work out of.The union contract we have has been dove tailed into the current contract, the pay per hour is the same for each class of worker "BUT" the work hours and benefits are different.Mind you this is on huge company!

I'll follow up with part 2 later on.........
