Not sure what kind of boss I have...but they're bad

My boss always takes the side of others. So if I'm doing a good job but someone just for kicks says I'm doing a bad job, she would take their side even if it was known this other person didn't do their job. We even had a crazy lady who was a regular customer come in and accuse me of discrimination due to the fact she couldn't use a part of our business that was closed to the public. Nobody was allowed into that area but regardless of that fact I was written up and told I did wrong. Why am I getting bullied in this way when I'm doing my job?

I know exactly how you feel, my boss I talk about has written me and others up for the stupidiest mistakes, for instance theres this one girl I work with, she didnt take payment upon checkin (at the hotel), so after she wants to watch a movie, I take a deposit for the movie, then this lady wants to stay another night so the next girl takes another payment, but since me and the other girl didnt realize that she hadnt paid for the 1st night, we got in shit and written up for it, I dont believe thats fair and not in your sitaution either, both our bosses are very unprofessional it seems....Ive had guests write up a survey about there stay and say things like the girl who checked me in was rude/etc...ive never tried to be rude with a guest...not saying im perfect, but some people are so ridiculous. |

My personal suggestion would be for you to enroll in leadership courses at your local junior college or public library.
Ask your employer/Supervisor how you can improve your 'work habits', and be sure to ask them for written guidelines.
Be on time, never call-in sick, and try and be a positive influence on co-workers. Become a Leader & "WIN". |
