Because he didn't do it I did a final budget showing our profit at end and what my share will be. All he has to do is simply review it and tell me if he agrees with my calculation and what my pay-out will be. But he continually delays doing this. he told me 2 months ago (when i asked) that "he knows it is important to me" and that he will look at it soon but then 4 weeks went by and nothing. I brought it up again and he hadn't done anything. I pressed him to give me a date by which he could do it so he said Nov. 15th, next week. I asked him this week if he had looked at it yet and he said he still needs to review the numbers and he will let me know when he is ready to discuss. 5 days later and still nothing. I am sure if i don't say anything the 15th will come and go with nary a word from him about this. I just want to know from hiim simply what i am working for. Even if he is going to pay me less than i am asking for, it is better to know that and i can make an informed decision. The not knowing is the hardest part for me. Suggestions on how to handle a inconsiderate boss who delays on one's compensation?? Thanks!
