I work in a long term healthcare facility. The Administrator has worked here for 20+ years, and I can't stand her! She treats people like they are dirt and then acts all buddy with them. She has these fits where she decides to pick on stupid little things. My biggest gripe is that she sits in her office and reads the office manager and the personal lady what the insurance company has faxed over peoples claims, and if she can't figure out who it is she had the personal director look it up in the employee records. That is a huge HIPPA violation is it not? Help she has to be stopped. She also tells other people, not just the office staff.
