What does this seem like??..What should be done?

I had a supervisor write a lie on my file.He wrote NO CALL-NO SHOW on my folder.

That's a lie.I came to my job & spoke with the asst.mgr on duty-he said I could be off.

WHen I confronted my supervisor with this he said..Oh I did not talk to the asst.mgr. I stated well,If you did not talk to him how did you know I was "No-Call-No Show" He would have told you I was given that day off.

He say's He O..Im' sorry and "whites" it out. I stated to him.what would motivatie you/prompt you to do this in the first place???

He could not answer??-This is the second time he as done this.

Reply: Maybe he's too lazy to check with the assistant manager. Is he doing this to others?
