Working for a boss that does not know your job and never made an effort to learn it. If I went on vacation, nothing was done.

I have a supervisor that has no idea of how to do her job. She's been in the company for over five years, I've been with it less than a year, and I know how to do my job and hers. She's where's she at because she begged for the position. I have no respect for her.

my lead's knowledge is sooooo out-dated. he hates new employees who are smart and know how to handle new technologies. He loves those really stupid employees who enter the company using their relationship w. the manager and know nothing about their job or what they have to do. A sign of corruption at work.
