Wondering if my boss has a personality disorder or complex. He hands off work and tries to micro manage then takes it back when almost complete or complete. Never gives any credit due. Butts into conversations he is not included in. Seem like he is always checking up on employees. He has been caught eavesdropping on conversations. If he finds you working on something he dosen't know about he will most times take over. Does tasks outside or on the work floor then complaines he dosen't get anything done. What is his problem?
