I want to sue, do I have a chance!

I was working for a local company and not happy with my job. I went to an employment agancy. They found a great spot for me with a local company. Just what I was looking for! I was told it was 90 days temp to perm and that most people ended up getting a job. The company had brought in two people and I found myself in a compitition with the other person. I lost and after less then two weeks I was let go. Now I'm out of a job! I'm an accountant, I know that any job I have is at will. My contention is that the employment agency bargained in bad faith. If I had know the true facts of my chances I would have passed on the offer. They led me down a rosey path and dumped me. The legal term would be misrepresentation of fact which would allows a recission of the contract and damages. So what does everyone think?

Reply: Why do you want to sue? You lost against two other competitors and lost..get over it and find another job.

Reply: Buffaloman, It's been a while since you made your initial posting. What follow up did you take with regard to your problem? Did you see any Attorney and where did that lead to? Your detailed feedback would be welcome on this forum. Thanks. -------------------------------------- URL Owner, Buffaloman may not revisit your site to see my request to him. So, can you please email my above request to Buffaloman ( you have his email address).
