I am a maintenance electrician at a manufacturing plant, the company wants us to take turns being on call weekends with no financial compensation. Is this legal?

Reply: Look @ your job description. If you dont have one ask you HR manager. If this "on-call" condition is here then you bought it. If not - you have a chance.
