i've worked in an environment where the bosses have made a mockery of one's private life. Once a boss broke into my locked cabinet, claimed that he needed to see what I had in there. Not a single item in the cabinet had anything to do with my place of work. coffee breaks are non-existant for the employees while the employer will sit back and drink coffee;
