    Wrongful Dismissal Lawsuit

In 2001 I was dismissed from my job of two years. I had filed a harassment complaint against an individual (male) in the office (I am female) six months prior to being dismissed and while my complaint was investigated it was not an appropriate or satisfactory investigation in my opinion. The reason given for dismissal was downsizing. The day after I was gone a temporary person was on the job and now that position does have a full time person. I'm taking it all the way! It's been a battle and will continue to be one through several more months when the court date comes up. I now work in an environment I love.

Reply: how can anybody comment if you don't have more specifics?

Reply: Sorry about that - I guess more specifics would be needed for anyone to make a comment. This person is a bully. He targeted me, I can speculate why but am not really sure. I worked in an all male environment - the other males would not stand up to him. He yelled and screamed at everyone including me, told me constantly that women should never have been given the vote and that the only thing they are good for is being barefoot and pregnant, continued to use the ladies washroom (bowel movements) and not flush the toilet. These are but a few of the specifics.

Reply: I hope you documented what you say happened..If so your case sounds as if it has merit...good luck on your case.
