    There are at times where we come across to bosses who are too talketive which results in doing nothing but to listen them.As a result it affects the work and latter also results in disinterst.

    Reply: I know what you mean. My ex-boss is the same way. I try so hard not to roll my eyes which I do often because I've been told. I would do something, then he would say I did it wrong when I did it right and then he gives me a 10-minute discussion about how they are going to loose business because of my mistakes. Actually they are his mistakes he is just blaming me because I was a temp employee.
