    Lesson Learned

Looking back on a job i recently left, i can honestly say the horror of seeing someone stoop low as the employer did and working with someone who inflicted serious damage, was NOT worth staying in the job for.

money is alluring and a necessity. but it is better to have an exit strategy as soon as things start getting bad. complaceny and numbness in the face of being run over is such a negative response which you realize afterwards after sleepless nites, anxiety, disorders set in from the way a person treats you repeatedly. And these stay with you in the sense they don't go away easily...spending a couple of months getting over them if you stay too long.

Thank god it didn't continue for another minute longer. But too bad it continued as long as it did.

Thanks for this place to share.
