I've survived the sixth layoff, moral is awful,no one is following company procedure. I'm now interviewing outside. Every time I feel I'm doing the right thing I start having 2nd thoughts and decide not to interview outside. I tell myself do you want to be without a job.

    Confused.

Reply: The writing is on the wall and you're holding out because you don't want to face the truth. I've been in this situation. I knew my company was in a downward spiral but I thought we would make a another 3 months and the place went out of business within a couple of weeks. In the meantime I was left unemployed and luckily fond employment 3 mos later. Leave while you can and don't look back!
