I have a very dishonest, manipulitive boss, who continues to harass other employees and myself. I recently put in a grievance, and have tried to encourage others to do the same.

i recently moved within the company anf found out my posistion was being advertised at 3500,00 than i was being paid !!!

i inquired about a 20 hour position that i was fully qualified for within my company in nov. 2005. i was told that the job had been taken off the table and no longer posted. in june 2006 this same job was given to a new hire to give her 40 hours without being reposted. i was told to grieve it to the executive director who gave the new person the job.
