My mate has a bit of celebrity status, however his employer treats him without an ounce of respect. He has tripled the revenue of the company he works for and he is the only one to receive acolades from the outside world.

For 6 years they have continued to berat him and bring him down to his knees. They have broken his spirit in every which way. I am finding it very difficult to sit back and watch. If I approach his bosses, then I am considered a medling partner. And I don't want to make the situation worse for my mate. The abuse is unsurmountable. He is the best thing to happen to this company and they refuse to acknowledge this. They lie to cover their own behinds and put the blame on my mate on an ongoing basis. We have talked about going to a lawyer and filing a mental abuse action. What has happened to our society? We certainly have no hesitation in condeming the war abroad and the horendous situation with Hitler. How contraditive. Bosses today are Hitler.

I am considering telling my mate to make a choice - quit or lose me. I really don't know how long we can both endur this situation. They insist he signs certain documents that he does not agree with, but they will not accept anything but. He continues to slower his standards and self respect every day he walks into the office.

If anyone has a suggestion I would be most interested in hearing what it is.

    Thank you.

    C.C.
