Your Rights at the Work Place: The Things Your Boss Won't Tell You

    Whistle-blowers form a breed apart

"Things rarely turn out that well for whistle-blowers, who speak out against corporate misdeeds and cast themselves as company pariahs. Whistle-blowers might be heroes to people tired of the scandals that have swept Corporate America, but they often find themselves near-penniless, their home lives and emotional well-being in shambles, and followed by private investigators."

If someone committed a crime and it was witnessed by another person, wouldn't you want that person to step forward? Whistle Blowers should be applauded not stigmatized!

Unfortunately, when one decides to blow the whistle and is retaliated against by the employeer most lawyers will not touch it... unless the person is terminated. Not enough money to be won and too much time to invest. So be prepared for a lot of abuse by the employeer.....you will not win.
