    Being Bullied By A Boss

When I first started my job my boss and myself worked great together. Within no time we grew closer and friendlier. THEN all of a sudden when he asked me if I wanted him to be my advisor, I told him no, that I had some one else in mind. I don't think he liked that very much, in fact, since that week my job is getting harder and harder. That was months and months ago. Constantly calling me into the office to tell me one if not many things I am doing wrong.

Repeatedly threatening my job and always telling me that he wants to "HELP ME." So my question to all of you is behavior like this acceptable and if not what steps to you take to correct it? If it is acceptable how do you deal with it?

    Please help

Reply: well, he obviously pulled the friendly fakey thing. he was your friend at first and then he didnt get what he wanted to now his ego is bruised and what does king kong do when he is hurt? he terrorizes people. he is trying to show you that one, you made a BIG mistake by not having him as an advisor, and two, he is trying to find a way to cope with his own bruised ego. like the guy or girl who gets turned down for a date. they lash out by trying to lessen that person who hurt them. did that help at all?

Reply: by the way, no its not right. if he crosses "the line" and you know the one im talking about, the one straw that breaks the camel's back, just start looking for another job and then kindly tell him you quit. dont try for revenge though. karma is a bitch.
