    Boss's sick child at work

    Our manager has 2 school-age children. She is also an admitted workaholic and says openly that she hates not going to work. She picks up everything under the sun from her kids and constantly comes to work sick. Of course the rest of us get sick as well. Worse, when one or both kids are too sick to be in school or daycare -- you guessed it! -- she brings them to work. She had her 7 year old here last week with a fever of 104. The child obviously didn't get better because her school called yesterday and said she needed to be picked up. And of course the child is here amongst us not-sick-so-far workers. I've gone on line to see if there a laws about this but apparently there are none. Any comments?

    Reply: i think it may have to do with child abuse. maybe just taking a child into an area in general while he or she is ill. that could be child abuse. or neglect. i dunno. but its wrong. poor baby. hes going to grow up just as messed up as she is!!
