My bosses are both against any thing i do

Right so three weeks ago my b/f and me were on the same shift, then he gets a better offer in a differnt department different hours. then i got his job of being a stand in team leader for when the other team leaders are on holoday. So training began one week and it was all going well and then the two bosses who are in charge of all the warehouse, suddenly decide im not good enough and that they dont need me anymore and no matter what i tried to do before this job and what i'll try and do after they seem to tharwt my every advancement ive made and then they come with some unbelievable bad excuses for it. And now i fel utterly humiliated by it all i means whats the point in putting in a bit of extra effort only to be told im not good enough for anything. The managers in charge make you feel like shit and they conspire against you and don't give you any support. this really hurts as i did take great pride in doing every aspect of any job given me to the best of my abilty and while my line manager praise me all these two seem to do is slate me. what can i do about it???????

Reply: Hiya I really feel for you. My SO and me work for the same company.... In 3+ years I've had two words of praise from my manager, otherwise it's critisize critisize... mostly down to not being given the correct information in the first place. I support several others and don't have the same problems with them. I have fortunately got another job and am working my notice. We both handed our notice in on the same day and my boss said to another manager "If we can keep him and get rid of her it will be a result in my book". Looks like he has got his way, but my SO is only staying until something better comes along. During my time here I have wrote the vehicle policy, saved a substantial amount of money on mobile phones and took on many more additional duties. I feel there is no way to win with these kind of bosses who don't support you in any way and your only choice is to find a job where your skills and experience are valued.
