Theft of Retirement Funds

My co-workers and I were having money taken from our paychecks every two weeks that was supposed to be matched by our employer and put into a SimpleIRA retirement fund. One day, we employees learned that our money that had been deducted had not been paid into our SimpleIRA accounts for over a year. Also, the promised match was not made. Our boss says he can't afford to reimburse the money that was stolen from our paychecks. What are the channels that we can take to get the money back?
