new boss can't differentiate her job from mine

my new boss is a shift supervisor in manufacturing. I am her assistant. There was quite a while(approx.6 mos.) when we had no sup. on our shift so I was "acting sup" you know, all the responsibility none of the glory. I never asked for this just accepted because I knew that eventually there would be a new sup. Now I am still doing her job. The employees on our shift and the other shift sups. are aware of this also. My question is do I go to her boss w/this info or HR or what?

Reply: Update----------Never mind it doesn't matter anymore our CEO informed us today that OUR JOBS are going OVERSEAS. Now dealing with a bad boss doesn't seem like such pain in the neck.
