I work in a very "hostile" enviorment. People are thrown away like yesterdays garbage daily. We have a turn over rate at our office that is unbelievable. We average 150 employees most of the time with 20 people being fired or forced to quit weekly. My companies idea to correct this problem is to hire that many more each week. I am responsible for training these "new" people. I often get asked why such a high turn-over rate. I would like to say "this is a terrible to work" RUN NOW!

The question is poorly asked: it is clear that the employee is the one with least power to change their workplace environment. If one could effect a change, it is logical to assume one would have. To move jobs is stressful; to be forced to change jobs because of intimidation, bullying and threats in the workplace, illegal under law, is even more stressful, as the bully and his/her allies well know. Yet, it continues on a daily basis. And this site knows that well. No, it is not the employees fault! That assumption is incorrect.
