Can't say NO

My supervisor at work cannot say "NO" to requests of my co-workers and as a result the whole department is about to implode. People are calling in sick for whole weeks, people are cancelling meetings and just sitting in their offices playing sudoku, coming in late and leaving early, you name it--it's happening. Meanwhile, there are those of us with integrity who are at work, on-time, doing our jobs, wondering when the supervisor is going to strap on a set of balls and start telling these individuals "NO." I never thought I would be wishing for a supervisor to say "NO" more often.
