help me some on

I am working as a business obejcts developer, my company told they will do my tution reimbursement, but they are not paying they are telling they will pay on this day and this say, and they are skipping from the situation, i want to file a complaint against them, whats is the best way to get money from them.

Give them a formal written demand and a deadline. I they cannot fulfill this you can go the the labor board dol.gov or sue them in small claims. Good Luck!! |

Ask to see their written policy on it, and then follow the policy. |

And please note, unless it's enshrined in a CBA, there is no legal requirement (in Canada or the US) for a company to reimburse its employees' tuition fees, even if the company has promised to do so. Going to the DOL (or Employment Standards if you're in Canada) will not have any effect. |
