I left and theres more that will because of this boss

I worked for a CRM company in San Mateo California for a few years. Our company then decided to started a cheaper version of our company in Canada. Our female boss was not always the kindest, constantly the type that was always working in and out of work. She pretty much had no life and I think that is why she was so angry towards us. She did not even know how to do the job we did but we all worked hard. We were always scared in our US company that our department was going to be cut and soley be out of the Canadian location, sure enough thats what happend. We found out our boss met a women and moved to canada she became more distant with us in the U.S. more rude. We put in so many extra hours and hard work for her and the company for nothing, she slowly got rid of us all and was not quiet about it. Made work difficult, slowly we all started leaving the company. We tried to talk to other management but they did not care they were saving money by moving our department to Canada anyways. I can't stand a company that would allow such behavior from a supervisor and not listen to us when we tried to speak to them about our concerns of losing our jobs they did not care I guess cheaper is better to them.
