    Need a lawyer to sue my boss

    I think my boss discriminates me becasue of my cultural background, the problem is that he's back and I'm hispanic. I need someone to help me to see if I have a case.

    Reply: You can't legally sue your boss until you have a ruling from the EEOC. Contact your local EEOC office and they'll tell you what to do next.
