what to do with passive aggressive?

My boss does not like me. She has in fact told me that she dreads seeing me coming to her office. I have been told to cut my hair, called toxic and have been accused of being the "problem child" in the department. However, my evaluations are ALWAYS above average. We discussed this at length and her new tactic is to not include me on anything - when committee assignments came out, I was not on any. When projects come up, I am not asked to participate. I feel like I am being shut out of my own job. I work on a contract, which comes up for renewal in June. I believe I will get renewed, because she is so passive-aggressive, but it's a case of them trying to make me leave. How can I keep up my own morale while trying to find a new job?

Reply: it sounds like she is paying you to abuse you that's why she keeps you around. If you're so horrible why doesn't she fire you or give you a bad review? Although you were hired for admin, you were really hired for her to abuse.
