Help! My borderline Mother is my boss. She constantly makes unfounded accusations, screams at me in front of clients and co-workers and now she has it in her head that I've spoken badly about her to a client-which I didn't; she wants me to sign a write up saying I won't discuss her to clients. I don't want to sign this as it indicates that I did something wrong. This is a family business, I am looking for another job, but how do I survive until I find it?
