Past employers will really eat you up if you have been

terminated. Bosses that abuse attority act big shots yell.

Companies not being Union can treat you anyway they want

to. When you try to get another job, your last employer

will go further than just verify dates. Please if anyone

has ever gone thru this please provide me with your comments. Been out of work since June 10 04.

Ever since 911 employers really check your past in detail.

Ok my question that I would like answered how do you

get another job with gaps in your previous 2 years of

past employment? Will a functional resume work for me?

The applications is in Cronological format so how to

I let them know that I am a Certified Forklift Driver

& a Steel Welder. I dont know what to do or not noone

even calls me in for an interview have been to 125 places

applications where I just dont know how to word the dated.

Two of the places in the past are no longer in business

I still have the skills of 5 years each. Been working

for temp services that is what alot of companies is

going to they have no intention of ever hiring you

just get them thru their peak time then you assignment

    has ended.
