    Boss makes technical errors

I work in health care in a outpatient clinical setting. My boss who is a nurse makes clinical errors. She does not pay attention to detail, which is essential in a medical setting. I communicate errors to her. But, for almost 3 years, she continues to make technical errors. No one directly supervises her work and so far, no agencies overseeing hospital based activities have found her errors. What does one do to remedy the situation when a colleague is the boss?

Reply: Well the last thihng she is going to do is change and correct her errors just so she can make your life easier. That does not happen anywhere in the workplace world. That will especially not happen when the person communicating her is her underling. Since nobody above is noticing her mistakes I am afraid you are out of luck here.....keep in mind one universal truth...not everyone shares the same hard work ethic as you...do not try to change it and if you try it will backfire in your face. I guess the big question is....will this bother you enough to start looking for new work or are you just blowing off steam?
