well my fiance been working at his job for 5 years never stole nothing, he is a mover, ok they had a job and the person who had the money and paper work ran off with the money,and now they taking money from out of his pay check ,how can they do that when he never in his life stole nothing,so its like my guy is hold responsible for what somebody else did,like my fiance said how can you trust a crack head to collect money and do paper work,what can we do

Non Union jobs I have seen them get
away with anything. The bad thing is
that is illegal but proving it is
something else.
One time I did delivery work here in
Montgomery Alabama. Ok the Warehouse
Manager said that he put a box of
snickers on my truck. They did not
let me be there as my van was
loaded.
I was ordered to pull the
orders for the stores while someone
else loaded it. Plus the Warehse
Manager was stopped by several
employees while he was checking
off my truck.
When I got to the store the box of
wholesale snickers was not in my
Van. I called the business they
ask the Warehse Manager he said that
it was loaded on the van & that
I had most likely left it at another
store. So they deducted $20.00
out of my check for the box of candy
that was never put on the Van to start
with.
I wish you the very best I know how
unfair Non Union businesses are.
That is one reason the coal miner
accident happened awhile back on TV.
Non Union mining company ignoring
safety standards cutting corners
on cost.
I would call your labor board but
you will most likely loose your
job they have ways of finding out.
Just letting you know that you are
not alone it has happened to more
people than you & I will ever know.
