    Never show your boss any emotions. Do your job the best way you know how(even when your boss still doesnt think its good enough). Make your money and go home. Outside of work surround yourself with people that appreciate you the most.

    Not showing any emotion really does work. I don't make any kind of eye contact either.

    Showing no emotion does help, but what do you do when your boss knows that whst he/she says does not get to you and they find ways to make you burn and you end taking things personal?

    Yeah, bullies know they're getting to you. You can either document everything and take it to upper management or a lawyer; or you can quit.
