i feel, i have been recently discrimanated against. bullied,belittled and put down infront of co-workers by my boss. i talked to or tried to talk to one of my bosses,about the problem but i was intemadated and cut short . i was also treaten i was going to be fired .not for speaking out for being belittled ,but for other issues . i have recently been asked to step down from my position ,before i was fired. i do my job very well ,a few months a go one of my bosses had busy hands i spoke with his boss ,asked him to speak with him , this manager has a record of sexual misconduct . then on - he has made my job almost impossible day to day. i was told a few days ago to stop making excuses ,i was way over my head that i had better step down and keep my job rather than being fired . what should i do - ive been with this company almost 10 years .
