    What Can I do?

I am an assistant manager at a fast food chain. I have worked there three years. Last week I was diagnosed with Cancer. It was caught early so I should be ok but as a pre-caution I am taking radiation. My boss told me that i need to have a Dr's release in order to continue working there. Is this legal?

Reply: Yes it is legal, it is a food service facility and the health dept wants to make sure it is safe for you and the company for you to continue working.
