    My ex - boss is not paying what he owes me

    he asked me "how much do we owe you"

    so i told him, in detail....

    he sent me a check for not the right amount, i told him he still owes me money, he said NO I DONT.

    what to do now?

    Reply: Sue him in small claims court. If the amount is too large for small claims, take it to an attorney.

    Reply: Contact your EEOC office, U. S. Department of Labor, State Attorney General's office. Small claims court is an excellent idea. Be sure to have as much documentation as you can. Best wishes.
