    My supervisor is always right

I cannot say anything that to defend myself if I am right. He holds his hand up like telling me to shut it.I have a manager who has double standards.I do something he tells me to do.Then he turns on me like I should not have did it,however he had did the same thing.I plan on being silent until I have the facts that he will recall.I am one of the hardest workers not bragging just fact.I use to have a great supervisor who would let you do your job unless he heard I was doing somethig wrong. This manager sticks his nose into everything.I have to be careful because my supervisor talks a lot about the manager to me,I really have to watch what I say because he could be stabbing me in the back.I wish it was like it was back years ago with my old manager.I will have to just grin and bare it.I am almost to my 20th year at the company.I would apprciate any help by e-mail or forum.I am sorry about the bad grammar.

Reply: This topic is not that he truly is always right it is he just will not let you win an argument even when you have all of the evidence

Reply: You are being smart to watch what you say to who. Stick with that plan. As to the rest of it, hard to follow. Sounds like he is giving you "mixed messages" such as do this (work?) and then turns on you like what you did was not what he said?? Can you give an example of "turns on you"? Do not try and defend yourself, he clearly does not want to hear it. As has been mentioned in other replies - document what is going on, and give specific , concrete examples.
