I used to work at Sears in ;Burnsville Mn. My supposed boss told me one thing to do and then yelled at me for doing that which I was told to do. He yelled at all of us when he got yelled at. I had a brain injury but no one would know it just looking at me. He was never satisfied. When he gave me an annual review he said, "I don't know how you did on this so I will give you a two (out of seven)." Not even a half way three point five.

I was fired (they did away with the department so it did not appear I was fired) just four weeks short of seventeen years. I did not get any credit for the last 48 weeks.

Reply: I don't know how you lasted so long. What dedication! I can totally relate to your story, although I don't think I could last 17 years. Let's hope I don't have to.
