I am a designer in a small floral shop. My boss doesn't pay me on time (number ! problem). Also she hires family members and treats differently. I know I should quit but I really like the job. Garbo

Reply: Hi there, take your expertise and start up a business as a competitor to steal her thunder! that way you get control, wipe the smile off her face and get 100% of the factor that makes you currently love your job - YOU!
