I need to know: if one employee is giving another employee the silent treatment eg does not speek,does not return greatings/farewells,avoids any verbal contact. is a form of harassment (sending the other employee to coventry?)

what can i do about a neighbor who is harrasing me & my family. He drives by very slow at least 5 times a night. There is other ways to his home. I work in corrections and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions.

my boss is picking on me and only me.
Im 6months pregnant and work from 7 to 4. I also have a 2 year old that I have to take to a sitter by 6:30 am to be at work on time.
My boss has made SEVERAL comments to other co workers about coming right into work and "working" but that "I" come into work and eat right away. I get up at 530 every morning (my husband is in the military & he is up at 5).
My boss is constantly making comments about ME and "where is she" - "is she at her desk" and constantly checking on me and my emails, internet access, etc. I need to find out if this is a TYPE OF HARASSMENT.

I work very closely with this individual in a room with just the two of us and on occassion one other person. This person raises his voice at me from time to time and belittles me. He is constantly monitoring my work and progress, asking me questions which often puts me further behind in my work. He is new to the company and I have been there almost 8 years. He has a very high position in the company and I have tried to talk to supervisors about this and co-workers and no one will really listen. I am afraid that if I speak up, that I will be fired. Is this considered harrassment ?

I live in a town where it is small enough to have clicks where a person can be singled out among the town folks. People will avoid you and not acknowledge you or treat you like you have some disease. Further more if they do not like you, you will not get employed and if you do there will be retaliation on the job.How do you seek help in situations like this. Should I move to another city.Is this a form of a control group.Is this considered harrasment.

I have a neighbor who is unknown that keeps calling the town on me with false accusations they will not tell me who it is or claim it is anonymous i want to find out thwo and why they have an issue with me. once they said i had an illegal apartment i invited the town inspector in to show there was no such thing now they called on a canvas shed i have that at least 3 others on the block also have. what can i do aboput this.

I know for sure that someone at work told my boss that i became pregnant. I had permission to take a couple of days off work due to a personal problem, but when i went back, my boss used that as an excuse to fire me!! I know that the reason she fired me was because she found out i was pregnant,but i dont know how to prove it. Im going crazy!!

At school there is an assistant princioal who constantly makes "adult comments", dressed provocativily and occassional winks and waves at you. This make you unconfortable but nobody seems to mind. How do I do to stop hers berhavior when accidentally we encounter?

My ex-husbands wife has been calling me on my home phone (billing is my fathers name) and is very loud, states that I am playing some game to get my ex-husband back, she uses obscene and abuive. She clams that a bill collector keeps calling saying she is me. I do has some bills outstanding what can I do to stop her harassment? she wouldnt give me the number and name of the bill collector. What am I to do, can she legally do to me?? Should i file a report with the police, phone comany and/or a restrining(sp?) order?

Is it okay for a credit card company to call your job Monday - Friday all day long, and can they call your home phone and cellular phone all day on Saturday and Sunday.
