I have a boss that continually writes me up once a year. Never finds anything I do right but yet will tell me I am a pivitol part of the department. It has been so stressful that I have had an ulcer twice. Been out on stress leave once. My HR file is spotless after 14 years until she started working in my department. I have been looking for another position but wish I could file some sort of charges against her for being a bully. Is there some sort of support out there?
