I just started 4 month ago, had no training, got thrown into an overwelming time for the company. I feel, and was told by others,other than the woman I work for, that I pulled through great with record numbers. The woman I work for took all the credit never saying anything good to me at all. She be littles me in front of everyone, everything I do is wrong according to her, and she tells one other woman everything about me and everything that I am doing, which to her is always wrong, just because this womans MOM is a very high up corpaorate person. How do I deal with this? I like th job, just not her!
