How do you deal with a boss that throws things on your desk, slams your drawers, and gossip about you behind your back??? I don't want to leave the company that I'm with now, b/c I actually have almost 10 years in, and they are paying for me to go to school to get my bachelors degree....paid tuition and books. I will soon have 3 weeks of vacation, plus a retirement fund and stock options. Help me deal with this better....I'm also surrounded by an office of gossiping women that I have to work with every day. (they also do not have degrees and are very jealous!) Any ideas.... please help.
