    My boss is psychotic she is nice one day and a devil the next. She blames others for her mistakes. She hates for one of us to better than her and shows it. She sits on her duff and does stuff on the computor that doesn't have anything to do with work half the time and complains that she has so much to do beats me how she got this position in the first place must be the lack of good company supervision.
