What to do when your boss is lying on you?

In whatever I do I pride myself in and put my little seal of quality on it. I went into an industry I had no knowledge of and triumphed in. Because I voiced my opinion in a situation that was undermining, the harrasment started. Now I am literally being lied on and was even taken to hr and still lied on. My manager actually comes to my desk to call me for meetings instead of the regular eamails or ims. I am just so down and frustrated. She can't even look me in the eye and she calls herself a Christian and a believer in God.

    What do you do?
