Approach problems when they happen could ya?!

The head supervisor at my place of employment is not as bad as I thought she was at first but has one issue that really drives me nuts. I find that when a problem occurs in my place of employment that involves a particular employee, it is often swept under the rug and revisited for discussion after days of its occurrence. This even seems to happen when the problem is something that should be dealt with right away. I don't know if I am overreacting about this but I find it extremely misleading when someone comes to see you at work and then sits you down and talks about whatever they saw or any issues that happened days after it happened. AHHHHH!
