Can I collect unemployment?

If I an fired because I cannot work a new shift that I was not hired for? I was told, "absolutely no nights, you will NEVER have to work later than 6pm" now I might be required to work until 9pm. The most frustrating thing is they have not told us anything...we have to wait for a meeting later in the week.
