I am wxperiencing abuse now. my boss says he will make sure i'm fired if anything on an inspection makes hime look bad-whether i'm involved or not. he has repeatedly called me wothless and said it's his gaolto get rid of me since i don't agree with all he says. i've never had a bad review until this year and his review of me kept me from a raise. i've had to get medical attention for anxiety attacks and have worked so many hours a week that i've damaged tendons in my leg. he told me i still have to stay and work ,sometimes 15+ hrs. a day always on my feet or he'll get me fired. who can i report this to? i work for a major company

My co-worker and mentor has been repeatedly bullying me the past month. She constantly critizes my mistakes and says I'm making her life miserable. I know I make mistakes, but it doesn't help that I'm being called stupid or incompentant. I have been here for two months, and I'm scared of doing a thing because I'm afraid of making a mistake. I cry easily now, I can't sleep, I can't eat. I reported her behavior to my supervisor who says nothing will change. I don't know what to do anymore. I have heard from others that this person has thrown things from paper to staplers at them! I get sick to my stomache when I go to work.
